[imp] Feature wanted: exports Users prefs to prefs.php

hi,

what i missing is a export feature, to generate a prefs.php from a
"template" user.

It would be great if i can generate alle prefs.php from all installed
program, like horde itself, imp, kronolith, turba etc. and just export
it to ~config/prefs.php or for download.

I think, it would be much easier, than change the prefs.php by hand.
