[imp] Is there an way to change the names that showup in the sidebar?

Greetings,
Is there any way to change any of the names that are displayed in the
Tree.php contained in the sidebar? For instance; how can I change the
top entry (Horde) from Horde to Home? I'm only interested in changing
some of the labels (names) that showup. Not the links themselves.
