Cool, thanks.
Using the 2006-06-06 snapshot for IMP basically works, however I get:

horde log:

Jun 07 10:57:58 HORDE [notice] [imp] Login success for <username> [<source
ip address>] from {<fqdn of imap server>:143} [on line 314 of
"/.../horde/imp/lib/Session.php"]

and in /var/log/messages:

Jun 7 10:57:58 <host> xinetd[<pid>]: START: imap from=<ip addr of horde>
Jun 7 11:01:00 <host> xinetd[<pid>]: EXIT: imap status=0 duration=194(sec)
Jun 7 11:01:12 <host> xinetd[<pid>]: START: imap from=<ip addr of horde>
Jun 7 11:01:15 <host> xinetd[<pid>]: EXIT: imap status=0 duration=3(sec)

After which the page appears correctly with the inbox and whatever. Also
as imp keeps refreshing, /var/log/messages has:

Jun 7 11:06:17 <host> xinetd[<pid>]: START: imap from=<ip addr of horde>
Jun 7 11:09:30 <host> xinetd[<pid>]: EXIT: imap status=0 duration=193(sec)
Jun 7 11:11:17 <host> xinetd[<pid>]: START: imap from=<ip addr of horde>
Jun 7 11:14:31 <host> xinetd[<pid>]: EXIT: imap status=0 duration=194(sec)
...

So the issue is no longer a fatal error condition, but is not completely
eradicated yet.
Please advise what I can do to help stomp on this one.

tom.
