Thanks Chuck.  I came up with a very simple task to create the folders based
on the folder definitions in IMP's prefs.php and posted the outcome on the
Wiki at: http://wiki.horde.org/ImpAutomaticDefaultFolderCreation for all to
criticize (linked to the Howto page as well).
