[imp] imp 4.1.2 Error DB Error: no such table

Hi

I Just upgraded to 4.1.2 and I have a problem sending mail. My configuration 
of Horde is connecting to an MS Exchange server. When a user tries to send an 
email imp generates an error message that reads

Error  DB Error: no such table

I've noticed this same error message when clicking on "Switch to HTML 
composition"

Things work fine under 4.1.1
