[imp] I think horde 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 breaks IMP ACL

After setting a ACL I get this message.

"The current list of users with access to this folder could not be retrieved"

My dbmail log shows that the acl are being retreive...

What give ... is it a bug in /template/acl/acl.inc

Nead help fast ... I'm getting nowhere with this one.
