If you use an older version of IMP, it has a "blacklist" feature to sort
by address, and a filter feature to sort by other criteria.
If you are using a newer version of IMP, then the filtering code has been
moved to a separate module called Ingo, and you should see about installing
that if not installed already, and configuring it to your needs.

This is called "blacklisting" and is supported in older IMP versions, or
newer versions via the Ingo module.
