[imp] Search issue

Hi,
stumbled across an issue in imp:

horde 3.1.3
imp 4.1.3
turba 2.1.2

Within imp, select search:
Message matches: "Match any query", "From", <query text>, Do NOT match is not 
selected
Message flags: all defaults
Message folders: "Select all"
Virtual folders: all defaults
"Submit"
Then reply to one of the returned results.
When you hit send, the following error is displayed:

Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in 
/home/httpd/html/horde/imp/lib/IMP.php on line 1143

The message is sent, despite this error message.
