[imp] no languages

Hi!
I'm using gentoo, and recently I've upgraded it to 2.4 setting as
locales ca_ES, es_ES and en_US. (previously I've had all the locales)
Now, horde and its modules show as en_US and I'm not able to change it.
Is there anything wrong? Do I made some mistake?
