[imp] read receip not working

I thought Read Receipts were handled by the mail reader (I.E. Thunderbird, 
Outlook, IMP)...  Someone else mentioned there is a user option in IMP to 
enable read receipts.  I would guess that it defaults to off but I don't 
know.
