Dear List:

We have got a new requirement of creating non-personal e-mail account.
For example, stores at isac.gov.in.

I want this e-mail id to be implemented in the following way.

1. I will create an Cyrus-imap user mailbox called user.stores.
2. Share this INBOX to a person who has been identified to use this e-maild.
3. I will create an non loggable LDAP account (to receive mails for this id).

Now, the problem is of sending the mails through this ID.

For security reasons we have locked from_addr in horde configuration
and are using a hook. How can I create a new Identity where From
e-mail address is stores at isac.gov.in, though the user logged in is
asa at isac.gov.in.

I can openup locking for a short duration and set From: address for
the New Identity, but as soon as I again lock the from_addr, the
identity from address changes to my own.

I just want to avoid creating a loggable account. Is there a better
solution to implement such requirement? Please suggest.

Regards,

Anant.
