[imp] Personal Information being shared across all users

Using Horde 3.1.1/IMP 4.1, I'm having a problem with storing Personal 
Information among webmail users. It appears that when any user changes any 
Identity information in the Personal Information interface, this is 
reflected among all users in the system. How would I be able to modify this 
to give each user a unique Identity rather than have each use a common one?
