There's no user #1 and user #2.  This is the same browser on the same 
computer, in fact it's the same window, just different tabs.

Is there anything else that I can check on the server side, in the IMP 
config, in the web server config, in the OS config, that may be causing 
this.  I greatly appreciate any advice on finding the cause of this issue 
and resolving it.
