I have a current CVS-framework_3 system (Horde, framework, imp, turba,
kronolith and a cpl of other modules).

If I want to move all this to a new web server where the path to the
web-files and the URL differs between the systems, how much trouble
would that be? How much, if anything, of the settings contains paths
and/or URL's?
