[imp] hack to prevent only "at" in destination mail

Hello,

I've notice a problem :
when the destination mail is only "@", the mail is sent to the postmaster.
is it possible to modify this to say to the user something like when
there is nothing in the destination mail (like "destination mail not
correct") ?
