[imp] "Welcome to Horde"

For what it's worth, the only change I've ever done to the login page is to
change the registry name from Horde to something cute for my environment
(MyMuskie), and I use the MotD (Message of the Day) to post up system status
notices and new feature notices from time to time. Most of the time I wonder
why I even bother with that since only a small number of people even read
them.

Personally, I like my login pages simple... username, password, language...
because no one sits and stares at it for more than a few seconds.

I'd welcome a proposal on what the login page should look like semantically.
