[imp] The folder "Friends/xyz" was not created. This is what the server

Gang,
Any ideas why I can not have a folder within a folder.  I did it in
the older version.  I have google this error and it looks like it
maybe a limitation with certain IMAP servers.  If any one knows why I
am getting this error please share.  Thanks and have a great day.

The folder "Friends/xyz" was not created. This is what the server
said: Mailbox doesn't allow inferior mailboxes
