[imp] problems w/ hordeauth in HEAD

Ok, some more information.  If I go to...

    https://webmail.example.com/horde/ 

the whole hordeauth autologin stuff works.  Going to...

    https://webmail.example.com/horde/imp/

generates the login screen.
