[imp] howto enable preview

I found it, apologies for wasting your time.

For any other newbie, here's the recipe: the conf.php setting
simple enables the "Mail/Options/Message Preview" dialog, where
I selected the appropriate settings to get the preview running.

I thought I had gone through all doco and googled, never saw
this one.

It's (almost) to good to be true, brilliant!
