[imp] Trash folder Issues

As an alternative to Chuck's patch suggestion, you could just edit  
imp/prefs.php to disable the checkbox... Find the checkbox preference,  
make sure the value is false, and set locked to true. Or, you could  
force the selection of a Trash folder in the same manner.

Afterwards, you may want to query your horde_prefs table for that pref  
and delete it for users who set it inappropriately.
