[imp] quota

How do I configure the quota check in imp?  I ran through the how to.   
Im probably quite confused.  I got this set in servers.php:
     'quota' => array(
     'driver' => 'command',
       'params' => array(
          'quota_path' => '/usr/bin/quota',
           'grep_path'  => '/bin/grep'
       )
But I cant find where I access quotas.  Is there a file where I enable  
it for IMP?  Or am I missing something in the conf files?
