[imp] no subfolders on ms exchange shown

Hi Michael,

thanks for your answer.
I actually read UPGRADING and removed namespace, hierarchies, dotfiles  
and folders. As the subfolders did not show i added them again just to  
be sure, i thought if they were not used the do not disturb (although  
i should have removed the lines before posting ...).
Still the subfolders are not shown.

What am i missing?
