[imp] Empty folder moving to trash?

Works for me.

I've also noticed GMail now has an "all messages on this page are  
selected. Select all messages in this mailbox?" (well, not mailbox for  
gmail, but you get the idea. Most IMAP commands can take a * message  
list, so it shouldn't be too hard to implement even.
