[imp] error message on reply

You need to create the file ".htaccess" in this directory:
/horde/imp/

File should contain these lines:
-- FILE BEGINNING --
<IfModule mod_security.c>
SecFilterEngine Off
SecFilterScanPOST Off
</IfModule>
-- END OF FILE --

You're done.
