[imp] problem adding attachments and compose messages on IE

Hi

When users are trying sent messages or adding atachments using IE,  
Webmail fails.

I was checking last documents into horde forums and there is  
information about solution. almost all documentation explain that  
problem is IE browser.

there is a solution that recomends deactive item in IE' advanceds  
options but I want to confirm if that's true or it's an configuration  
from IMP?
