[imp] upgrading to horde 3.1.4/imp 4.1.4

Hi,

I just wanted to say that I tested the new feature "automatic detection 
of webroot" of horde
It works !
I installed horde in horde-3.1.4 without changing anything in registry.php

You just have to change manually value of $conf['cookie']['path'] in 
config/conf.php
