[imp] Folder sidebar?

Hi all,

I was wondering if IMP H3 v4.1.3 supports a sidebar with a folder 
hierarchy and summaries (number of unread messages) for the main interface?

I see that in screenshots for Horde Groupware Webmail Edition that this 
is supported:

I've searched the wiki and mailing lists, but I haven't found anything 
about how to enable this feature.

Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.
