[imp] DIMP: how to effectively delete files

Hi,

I'm using DIMP in my company.

Everbody complains that after deleting messages, they are marked as
such, but they don't disappear from the Inbox.

How is that done ?

Another thing: when i drag messages to another folder, they don't get moved.
I've already tried pressing CTRL-SHIFT while dragging, but no good.

Any ideas ?

Any help would be appreciated.
