[imp] way out of date ... add_maildomain_to_unexpandable

So, we're still on the Horde 3.0.x / IMP 4.0.x branch of things, and if 
3.2 / 4.2 comes out relatively soon, we'll probably skip the 3.1.x / 
4.1.x release completely.

I see that last August, in version 1.89 of imp/conf.xml 
"add_maildomain_to_unexpandable" was removed, saying it wasn't being 
used any more.  I know this is like... 8 months old at this point, but 
I've not seen anything about it's removal in the archives.

Is there new ajaxy-coolness to replace this that I just haven't figured 
out?  I much preferred IMP tacking on my maildomain automatically to 
getting....

"There was an error sending your message: Validation failed for: username@"

...when I try to send a message with unqualified addresses.
