[imp] Loosing codification (ISO-8859-1)

I recieve the message with the subject and the body "teste do
cabeçalho ãõíóú". It appears okay in the inbox. I read it and then
forward to another e-mail. When I do that, it changes to "Fwd: teste
do cabeçalho ãõíóú". What's happening?
I'm using Horde 3.1.1 with Imp H3 4.1.1
