[imp] Attachment button not visible in compose new message

I am running Windows 2000 with IIS and Horde Groupware Webmail Edition 1.0.1.

Attachment button not visible in compose new message.  Any idea why it
is not visible?

Also, I don't know if this is relevant, but in the compose message
popup I clicked "view source" to view the popup HTML. There is a line:

<input type="hidden" name="attachmentAction" value="" />

I have seen in other places the value set to "add"
