The dovecot quota configuration is explained in http://wiki.dovecot.org/Quota
The documentation on IMP quota configuration can be found at
imp/config/servers.php.dist.

I use the "cyrus" as the driver for my dovecot+horde quota
configuration. Hope it will work for you also.
