[imp] Anyone else getting long delays after login, then things work fine until new imap connections opened? (cyrus imap 2.3.x)

If you're not running turba, and you think it is the imap connection,
then perhaps it is an identd/authd timeout, firewall timeout, etc.

Can you test the imap connection via the horde/imp/test.php script
and see if it is fast or slow there?

The third reason, which would usually be the sidebar always loading slow,
is an apache+ssl configuration issue which makes graphics load slow on
some platforms/browsers, but this doesn't sound like the case for either
of the recent complaints.
