[imp] IE7.0 and INBOX menu on the left side

Hello,

we think the problem is javascript or css-style-sheet restrictions in IE7.
Do you have any idea to change our problem?

It's still a badly outdated IMP version, and I assume that your Horde  
version isn't much more recent. IIRC IE 7 wasn't even announced when  
this version came out.
