[imp] Dates read incorrectly in current HEAD DIMP (and IMP)

The IMAP server isn't able to supply a sane Date: header here (because
the sending mail system put in something invalid). Would it be better to
use the value of INTERNALDATE (available from the IMAP server) when the
Date: header doesn't parse?
