most defaults mta will accept upto 10Mb in each mail single part or multipart,
so if horde imp can split a zip or other contence in that size, it makes sense
to unlimit it, mail is not your ftp drive

so in pratical zip can be upto 8Mb since it will be base64 encode and takes
around 25% more room to this part
