1, What means about the bytes of 2097152 ?
2, The memory_limit setting of php.ini still problem :

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to
allocate 1519127 bytes) in
/home/itawm/html/horde/lib/Horde/MIME/Part.php on line 1027
