that encoding is surely not RFC compliant. There must not be spaces in encoded
word. They have to be replaced with underscores, or =20 strings.
(see rfc 2047, section 2)
I know this is not what you asked for, but I couldn't help myself. Even
SpamAssassin gives high score here.
