[imp] redirect.php

Most likely you web server doesn't know what to to with php.
You didn't say what web server you re using
Do you get the same result running horde/test.php  ?

Apache would have someting like this

# this depoends on the version of php you are running amd where it is located
LoadModule php5_module        /usr/lib/httpd/modules/libphp5.so
#
# Cause the PHP interpreter to handle files with a .php extension.
#
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
# AddType application/x-httpd-php-source .phps
# Add index.php to the list of files that will be served as directory
# indexes.
#
DirectoryIndex index.php
