[imp] hiding non-email IMAP-folders in IMP

no! without any hooks, non-mail folders are shown as normal mail folders 
(folder icon) and the content of these folders (i.e. mails with 
kolab-specific attachments) are displayed in imp.

with the above named hooks enabled in hooks.php (those meant to be for kolab), 
folders of type "event" link to kronolith, folders of type "task" link to 
nag, etc. and the ordinary folder icon is replaced by an event icon, task 
icon, etc.

what i ask for is hiding the non-mail folders completely. i have 4 tasks 
folders, 5 calendar folders and 3 address book folders (all with different 
ACLs). hiding these folders would render a much better overview for pure mail 
folders...
