I have read the docs (prefs.php.dist) tried the hooks but still  
missing the glue how to get the information from the database to the  
enum field (if this is the preferred way) with my non existing PHP  
skills. Should it be possible to do it by altering some "example" in  
the *.dist config files or is this completely wrong track??
