[imp] [DIMP] folder scroll bar

Nope, with DIMP, the new folder icon is after everything (see  
attachment). And if I  expand INBOX (Boite de reception), I have more  
then 30 folders,  everything is displayed below INBOX and appearing  
outside firefox  window -> the window scroll bar shows up.
