[imp] Can't login on upgrade from IMP 4.1.6 to 4.2-RC3

I can reconfirm same issue with line 131 error in lib/Auth/imp.php in
the RC3 version with a known large university IMAP server.  The
test.php page for IMP works fine, but the sign in on
horde/imp/login.php does a redirect loop or failure depending on if
hordeauth is set
