[imp] address book name expansion when composing new email

Some of my users are using Safari 3.1.x.  I just was made aware of the  
fact that name expansion (hitting tab after typing in part of the  
address) doesnt work in 3.1, but does in the older versions.  Has  
anyone else experienced this?  Im running Horde 3.1.1, imp H3 4.1.3,  
turba H3 2.1.2.  Everything has been very smooth with out any issues.
