[imp] IMP doesn't properly display html-only (Content-Type: text/html)

You can't.  Because it isn't an HTML message.  i can 100% guarantee  
that message doesn't have a MIME-Version header, which makes it  a  
non-MIME message that has to be displayed as text/plain.
