[imp] IMP 4.1.6 Checkbox Issue

I am using:

Apache 2.2.8
PHP 5.2.5
IMP 4.1.6
Horde 3.1.6
Gollem H3-1.0.3
Kronolith H3-2.1.7

Whenever the screen refreshes, all of the checkboxes that I select  
next to messages in
the inbox are cleared.  Is there a solution for this issue?
