[imp] Required "phptype" not specified in configuration when sending mail with Imp H3 4.2 after upgrade

Hi,

I just upgraded a Horde installation to the latest Horde 3.2 + Imp 4.2, 
and after clicking on the Send Message on the compose window, an error 
message appears on the top of the window:

	Required "phptype" not specified in configuration.

And the message is not sent.
After setting Horde's logging to PEAR_LOG_DEBUG, several lines appear in 
the log that may be related to this issue:

Everything else works fine. I run all the required database upgrades and 
upgrade scripts.
