[imp] maint. task for password change

Has anyone created a maint. task requiring users to change their  
passwords on login?  I would like to have users forced to change their  
passwords when they login every few months.  They can change their  
passwords now through passwd.  Currently using Horde 3.1.1, Imp 4.1.3
