[imp] error with attachments

I have 128M in my php.ini, tried to increase it to 256M -> same error!

imp is very memory hungry - you really need to increase memory_limit if you
want to process bigger files. I currently use 128M (although the docs say
there should be no limit - I'm not that stupid).
