[imp] Dimp - Compose issue on 1.1 rc2 and folder issue on cvs

I have read the thread about the 1.1 rc2 compose button not working.  In trying
to use anything newer from CVS, I can't get a list of folders or the Inbox to
load while continuing to use horde 3.3 rc1 and imp 4.3-rc2 using dimp 2.0-cvs.

Imp works just fine, but not the dimp.

What build of dimp should I be using to try to get the compose button working
with the other packages.
